Baking Soda Scrub This mix of rice grains (used in Japan for cleansing and smoothing the skin) and baking soda, renowned for its mildly abrasive cleaning properties. Ingredients 1 Tbsp baking soda 1 tbsp ground rice (you can also use Epsom Salt) (You can buy it ground, or grind it yourself in a small coffee grinder) 1 tsp finely grated lemon peel
All ingredients in this recipe are dry so they may be mixed together and stored for a fairly long time (baking soda is a natural preservative).
The rough texture of this scrub means it will remove dead skin cells, leaving you with a fresh and clean skin. Apply in small handfuls and vigorously rub into areas of your body along with a small amount of Neways Refresh Bath & Body Gel and water. Rinse well. |
