Robert Kiyosaki & Donald Trump:
Why We Recommend Network Marketing”

Beneficial
effects essential oils have on the skin.
-
Essential
oils penetrate the layers of skin all the way down to the
dermal layer where new cells are formed.
-
Affect
your emotional and mental state positively. This can alleviate
stress related skin problems.
-
They
stimulate and regenerate the production of healthy skin cells
quickly following burns, sun damage, or healing of wounds.
-
Essential
oils soothe sensitive, delicate and inflamed skin.
-
Balance
over or under active skin by regulating sebaceous secretions.
-
They
can greatly reduce bacteria and fungal infections, as well as
other related skin problems.
-
Oils
Promote the release and removal of metabolic wastes.
-
Contain
plant hormones that help balance and alleviate hormonally
related skin problems.

Creating your own essential oil
products
Next time you're at the pharmacy
get some of the unscented face and body lotions to practice adding
essential oils to them. I've used:
-
Peppermint essential oil in
a thick dry skin cream for a great soothing foot lotion; Try Neways
Barrier Cream
-
lavender essential oil
in a body lotion
for after-bath moisturizing;
-
Lavender and tea tree oil in
a body lotion for skin fungus;
-
Eucalyptus, tea tree and
peppermint essential oil in a lotion for a chest rub that acts as a
natural decongestant. Try
Neways Tangible
Massage Lotion or
Neways Mixing
Oil
-
Lavender with coconut oil
for face moisturizer
-
Cedarwood in
shampoo for
dandruff or scalp problems
Facial Toner
-
2 oz.Green Tea
-
5 drops Lavender essential
oil
-
5 drops Geranium essential
oil
Mix up this bottle of tea and
essential oils to balance the pH of your skin
after cleansing. It's easy...
it's cooling... and it leaves your skin
feeling refreshed! Place the
ingredients in a glass bottle. Essential oils
do not dissolve in water or tea
so be sure to shake this mixture well before
each use to make sure the
essential oils are dispersed. Use a cotton pad to
apply to face and neck area
after cleansing. Yum
Be sure and check the
ingredients in these lotions you buy from the store, they should
be unscented and free of toxins
and/or carcinogens. There are products just waiting for you to
add your own oils for a custom scent and therapeutic uses.
For a safe dilution and subtle
aroma start with a 1% dilution of essential oils. This would be 6
drops of essential oil to 1oz. of lotion. A 4 oz. bottle of
unscented lotion would then need 24 drops.

Poison Ivy/Bug Bite Remedy
Try this blend to relieve skin
irritation and itching:
-
5 drops Lavender
-
3 drops Roman chamomile
-
1 drop Geranium
Combine three drops of this
blend with one teaspoon of a carrier oil and apply externally as needed.

For
a non-toxic kitchen cleaner,
fill a plastic flip-top shaker
container (re-use parmesan cheese container) half full of baking
soda and add 15-20 drops of a pure essential oil, then fill
shaker to the top with baking soda and shake well.

Aromatherapy Body Powder
especially for the feet
-
Mix 1 Cup Cornstarch,
-
1 Tablespoon Baking Soda in a
jar with a tight fitting lid.
-
Add 15-20 drops of your favorite
essential oils.
-
Shake Well

First-Aid Spray
-
5 drops Lavender
-
3 drops Tea Tree
-
2 drops Cypress
-
8 oz. Distilled Water
Mix oils into ˝ teaspoon of
salt. Put the salt and 8 ounces of distilled
water into a spray bottle and
shake vigorously.

Disinfecting and Uplifting Floor
Cleaner
Essential oils are a great
addition to your natural floor cleaners.
Combine the following in large
container:
1-gallon bucket of warm water
A very small squeeze of liquid
castile soap
10 drops of Lemon essential oil
4 drops Tea tree essential oil

OIL OF THE MONTH
Lemongrass -
Lemongrass
essential oil is found most often in cosmetics such as hair conditioner,
facial water, lotion, and vinegar for oily hair and skin. Added to water
or vinegar and sprayed in the air, on a countertop, or along walls and
floors (or on your pet!), it is an insect repellent and attacks fungi by
discouraging mold growth. An antiseptic wash or compress is used on
skin infections, especially ringworm and infected sores. According to
researchers, it is more effective against staph infection than either
penicillin or streptomycin. Other uses are to reduce headaches,
indigestion pain, rheumatism, and nervousness. One of the ways in which
lemongrass decreases the pain of the preceding ailments is by reducing
the amount of pain sensations that reach the brain, it also numbs nerve
endings, which dulls the intensity of pain. The scent along is used to
decrease irritability and drowsiness.
Most valuable
uses: Infections, acne, general tonic, digestion, diuretic, nervous
conditions, cellulite, skin care.
Therapeutic
properties: Astringent, tonic, calmative, antiseptic, anti-infectious,
diuretic, digestive, anti-parasitic, depurative, nervine
Blends well
with Basil, bergamot, black pepper, cedarwood, clary sage, cypress,
fennel, geranium, ginger, grapefruit, lavender, lemon, marjoram, orange,
patchouli, rosemary, tea tree, thyme linalol, ylang ylang.
-
Insects dislike the
fragrance of lemongrass. To get rid of these pests, disburse
lemongrass oil in a diffusor and use it as an air spray. Even fleas
living in animal fur will leave. To bathe pets, mix 20 drops of
lemongrass oil in about 2 1/2 fluid ounces of mild, unscented
shampoo.
-
To get rid of fleas,
mosquitoes, ticks use Lemongrass.
-
Lemongrass is
suitable for aroma lamps on desks at home or in the office,
especially in conference rooms or wherever clear, fresh thinking and
good concentration are required.
-
Lemongrass is often
called the "drivers" essential oil because it is so refreshing on
long road trips. Drop few drops of Lemongrass on a tissue and
inhale. After a few deep breaths, let the rest of the oil evaporate
in the car's air vent.
-
Use in diffusor or
spray bottles to disinfect indoor air, as well as wash appliances
and furnishings. A couple drops of Lemongrass in wash water will
make the bathroom fragrant and hygienic
Lemongrass for varicose veins
I come from a
long line of hereditary Varicose Vein disease and at age 33 was already
displaying the infamous exaggerated 'road map' blue cords all over my
legs. Not only were they unsightly and embarrassing for me, but also
having the veins is painful and causes leg fatigue.
Fortunately I
came across all the uses of Lemongrass E.O. and decided to give it a
shot. At first I applied the oil directly to my legs, which caused
slight irritation and redness. Now I dilute 1 part Lemongrass with 4
parts mixing oil. Within minutes my legs are invigorated and the dull,
achy vein pain disappears! Even better, after a couple of months of
applying diluted Lemongrass directly to my legs once or twice a week,
the actual veins have diminished and are but a fraction of the sight
that they used to be. I am no longer embarrassed to wear shorts!
Amazing and versatile Lemongrass can be used for: bladder infection,
respiratory/sinus infection, digestive problems, parasites, torn
ligaments/muscles, fluid retention, varicose veins, Salmonella. Miriam
Lorenzi,
Eliminate dust mites & bed bugs with
lemongrass
Put a couple of
drops of lemongrass oil in a spray bottle with some water and spray air,
sheets & blankets between changes (remembering to shake bottle often).
Helps with dust mites or bed bugs they say are there but you cannot see.
It feels great. I also spray sofa cushions, area rugs, etc. Now, I don't
think I have 'bed bugs' but it sounded like a great way to freshen up
linens. I've tried it and it does smell wonderful. Monica P
Lemongrass on my pulled knee
I strained my
knee going up a stair, I could barely manage to hobble, I suffered for 2
days. When a friend said 'did you put any oil on'. No I hadn't, I was to
busy suffering. So out of guilt I put lemongrass and was fine in the
morning. Bev Scalf
What to use after a surgery
Use Helichrysum
to help regenerate the area, Lavender to reduce scarring and promote new
skin and healing, Frankincense to reduce the chance a virus or bacteria
attack incision and to promote healing. Agility Blend for pain.
Lemongrass if ligaments and cartilage are affected by incision
